1. To add Item 3-1 of the Regulations on procedure for conducting complex examination of the tender documentation and the specification on public procurement of goods (works, services) approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 20, 2018 No. PP-3550, with the paragraph of the following content:
"medicines, medicinal substances, immunobiological (vaccines, serums, anatoxins, allergens) and radio pharmaceutical medicines, the homeopathic, diagnostic and sterilizing remedies, and also products of medical appointment registered and allowed for medical application in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which are purchased by the strategic purchaser or the legal entity who in the authorized capital (fund) has share of the strategic purchaser, on condition of the conclusion of the contract with producers".
2. To the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the decisions made by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
