About some questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Form Committee of preschool and secondary education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan within limit of the number of staff of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan into Committee on quality assurance in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Rename public institutions - the territorial authorities which are under authority of Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.08.2022 No. 581

5. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
