According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of updating of the questions concerning enhancement of pricing in administrative documents on normative questions of the National Bank of Ukraine board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Chapter 7 of the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, the souvenirs approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of the May 30, 2012 No. 213, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2012 for No. 1044/21356 (with changes) to exclude.

With respect thereto Chapter 8 - Items 8.1 - 8.5, 9.1 - 9.4, 11.1 - 11.5, 12.1-12.3 to consider 12, respectively Chapters 7 - 11, Items 7.1 - 7.5, 8.1 - 8.4, 10.1 - 10.5, 11.1 - 11.3.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine of Cold of S. V.

3. The resolution becomes effective since May 4, 2020.
