About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2017 No. 14

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2017 No. 14 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure of payments and expense recoveries by convicts on their content in correctional facilities" the following changes:

1.1. to exclude from the name of the word "in correctional facilities";

1.2. to exclude from preamble of the word "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Organizations Which Are a Part of the System of Law-enforcement Bodies";

1.3. in Item 1:

"enclosed" and "in correctional facilities" to exclude words;

add Item with the word "(is applied)";

1.4. exclude Item 2;

1.5. in the Instruction about procedure of payments and expense recoveries by convicts on their content in correctional facilities approved by this resolution:

to exclude from the name of the word "in correctional facilities";
