1. Item 3 of the Order of Customs Service No. 333-O/2014 "About the form, procedure for filling and use of the Decision on settlement" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 256-260, Art. 1250), with subsequent changes, to add with the subitem j) the following content:

"j) recalculation of the customs obligation, based on the application for return of PNT submitted by the owner of the agreement for conversion on customs area according to Chapter II provisions, the Section 5, subsection 4, part "B", the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140 of 2.11.2005".

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
