(1) Legal regulation of the relations in the field of protection, preserving and uses of national and cultural property of JSC Barza Alba is based on provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the Civil code, regulations in the field of culture and protection of national and cultural property, other regulations, an of also international treaties, one of the parties of which is the Republic of Moldova.
