Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 2021 No. 677 "Some questions of forming and use of the certificate confirming vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus negative result of testing or recovery of person from the specified disease" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 54, the Art. 3342, No. 76, the Art. 4771, No. 94, Art. 6063; 2022, No. 14, the Art. 776, No. 25, the Art. 1237) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 2022 No. 880
1. In the resolution:
1) in the subitem 3 of item 4:
in paragraph one to replace figure and the word "April 1" with figures and the word "December 31";
add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:
"approve the Procedure for determination by the Ministry of Health of the software for reading personal, in particular, medical, the data containing in COVID certificates which can be used by health workers for the purpose of receipt of information on confirmation of vaccination of person abroad.";
In paragraph seven of Item 5 of figure "2021" to replace 2) with figures "2022".
2. According to the procedure of forming and use of the certificate confirming vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus negative result of testing or recovery of person from the specified disease, approved by the specified resolution:
1) in Item 2:
in paragraph three to replace the word "medical" with the word "personal";
