About optimization of criminal executive system

For the purpose of optimization of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs I decide:

1. Liquidate correctional facility of open type No. 52 of management of Department of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Brest region (further – correctional facility of open type No. 52).

2. Create Corrective Labour Colony — the Settlement No. 10 correctional facility of management of Department of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Brest region (further – corrective labor colony – the settlement No. 10) based on the property which is in republican property and located on Ulitsa Frolenkova, 178A, to Baranovichi (appendix 1), the operational management fixed on the right behind correctional facility of open type No. 52, liquidated according to Item 1 of this Decree.

3. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).

4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs in two-month time:

4.1. provide in accordance with the established procedure:

liquidation of correctional facility of open type No. 52 and state registration of corrective labor colony – the settlement No. 10;

redistribution of the number of staff of employees and civil personnel of correctional facility of open type No. 52;

transfer on the right of operational management of corrective labor colony – to the settlement No. 10 of the property specified in appendix 1;

4.2. approve structure and the staff list of corrective labor colony – the settlement No. 10;

4.3. take other measures for implementation of this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

paragraphs the fourteenth or twentieth item 4 of appendix 2 – in two months after official publication of this Decree;
