Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About other obligatory payments in the budget" of July 28, 2006 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 7, Art. 345; 2009, No. 5, Art. 327; 2010, No. 1, Art. 3; 2011, No. 12, Art. 848; 2013, No. 3, Art. 191; 2015, No. 11, Art. 971; 2016, No. 7, Art. 629, No. 11, Art. 884; 2019, Art. No. 4-5, 230, No. 6, Art. 324, Art. 325; 2021, No. 6, Art. 396) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 5:

- add with part 2 following of content:

"2. The obligatory payments provided by this Law are paid in non-cash form through financial credit institutions and other infrastructure of acceptance of cashless payments.";

- consider part 2 part 3.

2. To state part 2 of Article 22 in the following edition:

"2. Collection in case of customs clearance is paid in non-cash form through financial credit institutions and other infrastructure for acceptance of cashless payments.".

3. In Article 29:

- state part 6 in the following edition:

"6. Collection is paid:

- in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan - non-cash method through financial credit institutions and other infrastructure for acceptance of cashless payments;

- outside the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan - non-cash method through financial credit institutions and other infrastructure for acceptance of cashless payments on the special (transit) bank account of diplomatic representation or consular establishment.";
