About classification of seat belts of vehicles according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The seat belts of vehicles intended for fixing on framework of seats of vehicles of goods items of 8701 - 8705 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of deduction of the driver and passengers on the seats in case of the road accident or sharp braking according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 are classified in subline item 8708 21 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
