About change of the laws concerning licensing

Approved by Council of the Republic on December 13, 2023

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of February 18, 1991 No. 611-XII "About peasant farm" the following changes:

1. In Item 1 of Article 4 of the word "in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "in the Republic of Belarus".

2. In Item 2 of Article 22 of the word of "special permission (license)" to replace with the word "licenses".

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 9, 1992 No. 2020-XII "About economic societies" the following changes:

1. To state the second offer of the paragraph of the fourth to part two of Article 1 in the following edition: "Economic society can be engaged in separate types of activity which list is determined by legal acts only based on the license, special permission (license) or on condition of inclusion in the special register;".

2. To exclude from part four of Article 6 of the word "and individual entrepreneurs".

3. To exclude the word "state" from Article 56 part two.

Article 3. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 No. 140-Z "About bases of transport activities" the following changes:

1. In the paragraph the second to replace parts two of Article 7 of the word "special permissions (licenses)" with the word "licenses".

2. "State" to exclude the word from part one of Article 10 and Article 11.

Article 4. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 1998 No. 213-Z "About free economic zones" the following changes:

1. The thirteenth to state the paragraph to part two of Article 5 in the following edition:
