About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 9, 2021 No. 84

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 9, 2021 No. 84 the following changes:

The paragraph third Item 1 to declare 1) invalid;

2) in Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to add item 4 after words of "The state committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic" with the words "and General Staff of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic";

"5. On the Ministry of Defence, except the tasks provided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About defense and Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic" the following tasks are assigned:

1) implementation of interaction with public organizations concerning protection of the rights and freedoms of the military personnel and members of their families;

2) assistance within the competence of implementation of actions for execution of recommendations of the international bodies about human rights;

3) the organization and management of preparation and use of Armed Forces, military forming, the state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic involved in defense taking into account their purpose;
