About procedure for forming of registers of the state and municipal services rendered by state bodies and their subordinated organizations, local government bodies

For the purpose of streamlining of questions of forming of registers of the state and municipal services, and also strengthening of responsibility of state bodies and local government bodies, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on procedure for forming of the unified register of the state services rendered by state bodies and their subordinated organizations according to appendix 1;

2) Regulations on procedure for forming of registers of municipal services according to appendix 2.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Standard standard of the state and municipal services" of September 3, 2012 No. 603 the following changes:

"2. To the authorized state bodies responsible for standardization of the state services according to the unified register of the state services rendered by state bodies and their subordinated organizations, to executive bodies of local self-government:

- provide timely development and review of standards of the state and municipal services;

- annually, no later than January 15 of the year following the accounting period to provide in the authorized state body responsible for maintaining the unified register of the state services, the data on the approved and reviewed standards of the state and municipal services.";
