Based on part (4) article 14 of the Law No. 201/2025 on turnover of narcotic, psychotropic substances and plants, and also precursors containing them, new psychoactive agents and substitutes of drugs (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 448-451, 619), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on the procedure of receipt of permissions, cultivation, monitoring, realization and conversion of industrial / garden hemp it (is applied).
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the effective date the Law No. 201/2025 on turnover of narcotic, psychotropic substances and plants, and also precursors containing them, new psychoactive agents and substitutes of drugs.
