I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for involvement of the third parties to holding controlled game which is applied.

2. To provide to legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of organizational support to promulgate this order after its state registration.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
