2. Determine that the payment provided by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2016 No. 166 "About approval of procedure for functioning of electronic purchasing system and carrying out authorization of electronic platforms" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 22, the Art. 855) and of September 14, 2020 No. 822 "About approval of the Procedure for forming and use of the electronic catalog" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 75, the Art. 2407), during the purchases begun before entry into force of this resolution is performed according to the procedure, acting before entry into force of this resolution.
3. Recover action of Items 6-9 of the Procedure for forming and use of the electronic catalog approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 14, 2020 No. 822 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 75, the Art. 2407).
