About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1) the basis for forming by the prime contractor of the payment order is the payment certificate (when servicing on information system "Treasury client" is provided the scanned image from the original), electronic the invoice, integrated from information system of electronic invoices into information system "Treasury client";

2) payment by the prime contractor of overheads from the control account of cash of public procurements opened in the State Treasury into its accounts opened in banks of the second level is not allowed, except for payments of overheads under the agreements on public procurements registered in bodies of the State Treasury till January 1, 2025.
