1. 23 appendices to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 85 "About ensuring implementation of powers and accomplishment of functions on state regulation and supervision in the field of the markets of financial services in questions of supervision of activities of participants of the markets of financial services" (with changes) to exclude Item.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, of February 06, 2014 No. 352 "About reference of transactions with financial assets to financial services and modification of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of April 03, 2009 No. 231", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 03, 2014 at No. 342/25119;
