1. 6. Data on the identity document of uslugopoluchatel, on condition / not condition on accounting in the organizations providing medical care in the field of mental health concerning mental, behavioural disturbances (diseases) including connected with the use of psychoactive agents about disability availability, the service provider receives from the state digital systems by means of lock of "the digital government".

The service provider within one working day from the moment of receipt of documents performs their acceptance and registration. By means of the portal to uslugopoluchatel in "personal account" the status about adoption of the statement goes for the state service.

In case of the address of uslugopoluchatel after the termination of working hours, in days off and holidays according to the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan", reception of an application and rendering the state service is performed the next working afternoon.";

"15. The service provider within one working day from the moment of the decision on the admission to certification sends to the operator providing the organization of test procedures and technical maintenance of the digital system "The Software for Conducting Complex Testing for the Occupation Right Professional Activity and Assignments of Qualification in the Automated Mode" (further – the Operator of testing) the list of persons allowed to certification.";

33, 34 and 35 to state Items in the following edition:

"33. Uslugopoluchatel for receipt of composite service of two state services "Carrying Out Certification of Persons Applying for the Occupation Right Activities of the Private Legal Executive" and "Licensing for Occupation Activities of the Private Legal Executive" directs to the service provider one application by means of the web portal of "the digital government" www.egov.kz in electronic form according to appendix 4 to these rules.
