About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning places of burial of the died (died) persons protecting independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

1) in Article 20:

to add part nine paragraph two after words of "subjects to welfare appointment" with words of "military memorial cemeteries";

add with part thirteen of the following content:

"13. Availability on the parcel of land of the territory of Emerald network and/or structural elements of ecological network is not the basis for prohibition of change of purpose of such parcel of land for placement on it the National military memorial cemetery and military memorial cemeteries";

2) in subitem 22-1 of Item 27 of the Section X "Transitional provisions":

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"22-1) for placement of the National military memorial cemetery and military memorial cemeteries transfer to permanent use, change of purpose of the parcels of land of state-owned property are performed with such features";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words words of "the National military memorial cemetery"" the National military memorial cemetery and military memorial cemeteries", and the word "in the field of social protection of veterans of war" - the words "in the field of support and realization of interests of veterans of war";

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
