The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for ensuring delivery of electrical energy to the protected consumers, No. 1209 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2018 "Some questions of delivery of electrical energy to the protected consumers and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 12, the Art. 402, No. 31, the Art. 1110, No. 66, Art. 2256; 2020, No. 95, the Art. 3082), changes that are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective during warlike situation and six months after its termination or cancellation, but no later than January 1, 2028.
