SOLVED:

1. In item 4 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 10, 2023 No. 879 "About approval of the Provision on implementation of professional activity on the organization of trade in financial instruments", the word "to requirements of this provision no later than 90 calendar days after the termination or cancellation of warlike situation" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2023 at No. 1863/40919, shall be replaced with words "to requirements of the Provision for implementation of professional activity for the organization of trade in financial instruments approved by this decision till December 01, 2026".

2. Approve the change in the Provision on implementation of professional activity on the organization of trade in financial instruments approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 10, 2023 No. 879, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 25, 2023 at No. 1863/40919, which are applied.

3. To provide to department of methodology submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
