About modification of the Procedure for acquisition, deprivation, the termination and updating of the status of the subject of veteran entrepreneurship
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes to the Procedure for acquisition, deprivation, termination and updating of the status of the subject of the veteran entrepreneurship approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 11, 2026 No. 199 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2026, No. 19, of the Art. 1365), having stated it in edition which is applied.
2. To provide to the ministry of cases of veterans, the Ministry of digital transformation, the Ministry of Justice within two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution implementation of the technical solutions necessary for realization of the changes made by this resolution.

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of acquisition, deprivation, termination and updating of the status of the subject of veteran entrepreneurship according to the Law of Ukraine "About veteran entrepreneurship" (further - the Law).
2. In this Procedure it is necessary to understand the document as the term "extraction from the Unified state register of veterans of war" electronically together with the unique electronic identifier created using means of the Unified state register of veterans of war (further - the Register) that as of date and time of its forming confirms availability or lack of information about the subject of veteran entrepreneurship in the Register.
