Changes which are made to item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for provision of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret

1. The fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"import of spare parts, components, materials (except high-energy materials), the equipment and technologies for production, repair (prolongation of useful life) or upgrade of military products by the companies (organizations, the organizations) performing such activities;".

2. Add Item after the paragraph of the seventh with new paragraphs of the following content:

"export by the manufacturing companies of the goods intended for strengthening of capability of security forces and forces of defense without export of such goods out of limits of customs area of Ukraine;
