Some questions of implementation of the pilot project on development of military goods in the field of technologies of artificial intelligence and determination of features of the international transfer (export) of such goods

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Defence concerning implementation of the pilot project on development of military goods in the field of technologies of the artificial intelligence within two years from the date of following behind day of entry into force of this resolution.

2. Approve the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on development of military goods in the field of technologies of artificial intelligence which is applied.

3. Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for provision of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 8, 1998 No. 838 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, Art. 839; 2020, No. 92, Art. 2971; 2025, No. 88, the Art. 6142), change which is applied.

4. To the Ministry of Defence not later than in two months after completion of implementation of the pilot project on development of military goods in the field of technologies of artificial intelligence to give to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

the report on results of implementation of the specified pilot project;

offers on entering of corresponding changes into legal acts by results of its realization.
