About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 1998 No. 838 and of August 29, 2002 No. 1282

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 1998 No. 838 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, Art. 839; 2020, No. 92, the Art. 2971) and of August 29, 2002 No. 1282 "About approval of the Procedure for withdrawal and transfer of military property of Armed Forces" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, Art. 1690; 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1325) changes which are applied.

1. Item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for provision of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 8, 1998 No. 838, to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"export of arms and the military equipment which are trophy property, the state customers exercising control of military property for accomplishment of research or developmental and technological works within international treaties of Ukraine on cooperation in the field of safety and/or defense for the purpose of ensuring national security and defense capability of Ukraine."
2. According to the procedure of withdrawal and transfer of military property of Armed Forces, No. 1282 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2002:
