About determination of the inventory, subject to marking, and dates of its introduction
According to subitem 2-4) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity" I ORDER:
1. Determine the inventory, subject to marking, and date of its introduction according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of digital transformation and marking of goods of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the direction of the notification in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on adoption of this order;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
