About modification of Item 6-2 of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" concerning features of designing and construction of the National memorial complex of Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan - the Museum of Revolution of Advantage
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Item 6-2 of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, Art. 343; 2017, No. 13, Art. 145; 2018, 11, 57) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"6-2. Determine that action of part three of article 24 of this Law does not extend to provision of the parcels of land on Alleya Geroyev Nebesnoy Sotni in the city of Kiev in use to the National memorial complex of Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan - to the Museum of Revolution of Advantage for construction, operation and servicing of memorial and museum complex.
The construction of memorial and museum complex is performed according to the project documentation developed by results of the international open architectural contest held in the procedure established by the legislation in the nominations on memorial and the museum, and approved taking into account results of public discussion of competitive offers.
Action of part two of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About highways" does not extend to placement of components of memorial and museum complex on the parcels of land provided in use to the National memorial complex of Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan - to the Museum of Revolution of Advantage, in case of observance of their use on purpose.
Maximum permissible altitude of the building of the Museum of Revolution of Advantage is determined according to the project - the winner of the international open architectural contest.
Action of paragraphs of the first, the second, fourth and fifth part two of article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of cultural heritage" does not extend to designing and construction of the building of the Museum of Revolution of Advantage.
