About establishment of crediting limits of state programs
For the purpose of ensuring balance of national economy the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Determine that:
banks in 2010 when financing state programs provide restriction of surplus of the debt arising when crediting by them of state programs, no more 7,1 of percent to the level of the beginning of year including for the I quarter 2010 - no more 2,5 of percent;
higher values of surplus of debt on separate state programs and the organizations are allowed in coordination with the Ministry of Economics taking into account possibility of limiting accomplishment of indicators (limits) of crediting of state programs.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economics.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
