About additional measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About donorship of blood and its components"
In pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 15, 2013 No. PP-2003 "About approval of plans of development of the normative and legal and other acts directed to realization of referential regulations of the laws" and also for the purpose of development of non-paid donorship and providing inventories of blood and its Cabinet of Ministers components decides:
1. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for coordination of activities of service of blood according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on procedure for transportation, import and export of donor blood, its components and medicines according to appendix No. 2;
Standard rates of ensuring requirements of treatment and prevention facilities for components of donor blood according to appendix No. 3.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
