About realization of the right of insured persons at choice of the accumulation pension fund or managing company

In pursuance of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investment of means for financing of investment part of the state pension on the national social insurance in the Kyrgyz Republic", for the purpose of realization of option of the accumulation pension fund or managing company by the insured persons participating in forming of investment part of the state pension on the national social insurance, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for the choice by insured persons of the accumulation pension fund or managing company according to appendix.

2. To provide to social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- explanatory work among the population about realization of option of the accumulation pension fund or managing company;

- the organization of reception of applications and money transfer of pension accruals of insured persons in the accumulation pension fund or managing company based on the choice of insured persons according to the Procedure approved by Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
