About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that the heatgenerating and heatsupplying organizations have the right to provide to the supplier of natural gas the certificate of the amount of the means which are subject to obligatory payment to the supplier of natural gas during the interheating period in payment for the natural gas consumed in every month of the corresponding heating season, and the supplier of natural gas shall consider information specified in such reference in case of determination of terms of final settlements on the consumed natural gas.
