About modification and amendments in appendices 3 and 5 to the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2017 No. 286/2016

In the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2017 No. 286/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 472-477, 957) to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Item 1 of appendix 3:

in subitem 1.6:

to exclude words of "persons which are subject to compulsory national social insurance from the government budget";

add the subitem with the following line item:

"– the physical persons performing independent activities in the field of retail trade, except for trade in excise goods";

in subitem 1.7 of the word of "persons which are subject to compulsory national social insurance from the government budget" to exclude.

2. Add appendix 5 with Items 9-1) and 37) of the following content:

"9-1) benefit provided to the military personnel performing service under the contract, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies and penal system, officers of protection and the staff of the state security agencies and the National center for fight against corruption after dismissal from service according to parts (3) and (5) article 19 of the Law on the status of the military personnel No. 162/2005, article 47 of the Law on Service of the state protection No. 134/2008, by parts (3), (4) and (5) Articles 61, part (2) article 65 of the Law on activities of police and the status of the police officer No. 320/2012, parts (3), (4) and (8) article 67 of the Law on the government employee with special status of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 288/2016, part (5) article 28 of the Law on penal system No. 1036/1996, by article 54 of the Law on the status of the officer of information and safety No. 170/2007, article 51 of the Law on Boundary police No. 283/2011, article 39 of the Law on Service of civil protection and emergency situations No. 93/2007, by article 35 of the Law on the National center for fight against corruption No. 1104/2002;";
