About entering of amendment and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 No. 79

Based on subitem 1.15 of Item 1 of Article 12 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298 "Questions of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Health regulations in the woods of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 No. 79 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 31.12.2016, 8/31603), the following amendments and changes:

1.1. to add part one of Item 14 with the offer of the following content: "In the coniferous plantings struck with root sponge and honey agaric and also in the centers of trunk wreckers above-mentioned trees, and also trees of III category of state are subject to cutting down.";

1.2. in paragraph one of Item 29 of the word "the site of forest fund over 1 hectare" shall be replaced with words "SSR over 5 hectares";

1.3. state Item 33 in the following edition:

"33. For decision making about purpose of type of sanitary and improving action if necessary the trial areas with carrying out recouple of trees on categories of state according to appendices 4-6 to these rules and filling of form recouple of trees on the trial square pledged in case of purpose of forest plantings in SSR according to appendix 8 to these rules are pledged.
