In these Rules:
Central bank means the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
"Government" means the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and diplomatic representations of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad.
"Currency" means foreign currency or bags.
"Money transfer" means money transfer on purpose: 1) obligation coverings, 2) transfers of means as gift or voluntary contribution, or for 3) creations of account balance which can be used further.
Sumy means the banknotes or coins issued by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan which are means of payment in the Republic of Uzbekistan and if other does not follow from context, it includes all rights to such banknotes or coins from any remaining balance in the bank located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan or beyond its limits.

1) In addition to the cases provided in Section 1 of these rules, physical persons - neither residents, nor nonresidents can import into the Republic of Uzbekistan, or export from it currency values in the form of banknotes, coins, payment documents or securities (in subsequent "currency values") in foreign currency or in sumach.
2) In addition to provisions of Section 1 of these rules import to the Republic of Uzbekistan and export from it currency values physical persons - residents and nonresidents shall be performed with observance of customs rules.
