1. Declare invalid Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 11, 2012 No. 986 "About approval of the Procedure for forming of the Register of large taxpayers and approval of Changes in the Accounting treatment for taxpayers and charges", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2012 for No. 1860/22172.

2. Declare invalid the Procedure for forming of the Register of large taxpayers approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 11, 2012 No. 986, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2012 at No. 1860/22172.

3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk N. A.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Myarkovsky A. I.
