1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2014 No. 552 "About approval of the Instruction about amount and contents of the reporting and information of the leasing organization included in the register of the leasing organizations, the foreign organization performing leasing activities in the Republic of Belarus through permanent mission, terms and procedure for their creation and submission to National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and establishment of forms of the reporting and information" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.10. 2014, 8/29187; 02:07. 2016, 8/31062) following amendments and change:
1.1. add the resolution with Item 4-1 of the following content:
"4-1. Establish form of the reporting of the leasing organization performing leasing activities with premises according to appendix 4 to this resolution.";
