About establishment of monitoring of the main indicators of activities of bank system

For the purpose of activation of economic reforms in the bank sphere, the Cabinet of Ministers decides increases in level of capitalization of commercial banks, implementation of monitoring of the main indicators of activities of bank system:

1. Take into consideration that the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan developed and approves the regulating documents installing system of economic indicators, obligatory for each bank, according to international standards and the principles of rating assessment of commercial banks.

2. Accept the offer of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on establishment of monitoring of the main indicators of activities of commercial banks on the list according to the appendix N 1.

Recommend the Akhbor Reyting companies, to other rating agencies when carrying out rating estimates of banks to consider dynamics of the economic indicators given in the appendix N 1.

To Central Bank, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan to carry out the monthly analysis of the main economic indicators of activities of each commercial bank and bank system in general, by results of the carried-out analysis to take measures for their improvement.

3. Recommend to Councils and Boards of commercial banks:

take necessary measures for improvement of economic indicators of activities of banks, having paid special attention on attraction of financial resources of the population, ensuring high-quality growth of assets, increase in credit investments in real production sector, including in foreign currency, and also expansion of resource base of banks;
