About modification of some regulatory legal acts of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine and the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services

1. Bring in the Regulations on the investment declaration of non-state pension fund approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of November 27, 2003 No. 139, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 16, 2003 at No. 1165/8486 (in edition of the order of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services of December 11, 2012 No. 2671), the following changes:
to exclude item 4 of the Section I;
in Item 11 of the Section IV of the word" and also to exclude the document confirming introduction of payment for registration of the investment declaration".
2. Bring in the Regulations on approval of the charter of non-state pension fund and registration of pension schemes approved by the order of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, of July 18, 2013 No. 2362, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2013 at No. 1665/24197, such change:
