About modification of the Technique of forming of solvent territorial communities

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Technique of forming of solvent territorial communities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 8, 2015 No. 214 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 33, the Art. 963), changes which are applied.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional public administrations to submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the offer on reduction of the approved perspective plans of forming of the territories of communities in compliance with this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Technique of forming of capable territorial communities

1. Third Item 3 after words "social and economic" to add the paragraph with words ", natural, ecological, ethnic".

2. To add item 4 after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Voluntary accession to the integrated territorial community, the recognized article 9 of the Law of Ukraine, solvent according to part four, "About voluntary consolidation of territorial communities", adjacent agricultural, settlement territorial community which according to the perspective plan of forming of the territories of communities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas belongs to this integrated territorial community;".

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the seventh.

3. Add Item 8 with the paragraph of the following content:
