About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 25, 2012 No. 171

According to Items 7 and 44of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 25, 2012 No. 171 "About the Advisory committee concerning entrepreneurship" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 25, 2012 No. 171

1. Declare Item 3 invalid.

2. In Regulations on the Advisory committee concerning entrepreneurship approved by the specified Decision:

a) in the text the word of "Party" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "state members" in the corresponding case;

b) in Item 1 of the word "with article 19 of the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011" shall be replaced with words "with Items 7 and 44 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (further respectively – the Agreement on the Union, the Union)) and is consultative body of the Commission on questions of conditions of conducting business activity, trade in services, organizations, activities and implementation of investments according to the Section XV of the Agreement on the Union";
