About modification of Item 2-1 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299

1. No. 299 "About application of sanitary measures in the Eurasian Economic Union" after the paragraph of the fourteenth to add Item 2-1 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-till September 1, 2019 – according to Section 1. "The safety requirement and nutrition value of foodstuff" regarding requirements to products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of fish and fish products"
(TR EEU 040/2016), in connection with entry into force of the specified technical regulation.".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
