About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning realization of state policy in the field of execution of criminal penalties
According to the subitem 3 of Item 2 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine of April 8, 2014 to No. 1186-VII "About modification in the Penitentiary code of Ukraine concerning adaptation of legal status of the convict to the European standards", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I order:
1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning realization of state policy in the field of execution of criminal penalties which are applied.
2. To department of interaction with authorities (Kozlovskaya N. A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Bondarchuk I. V.
