2. Rename the state company "Solnyshko" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic into the state company "Solnyshko" under the State agency on cases of youth, physical culture and sport under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the state agency on cases of youth, physical culture and sport under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- accept the state company specified in Item 1 of this resolution in the maintaining;
- take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of the state company "Solnyshko" of September 27, 2010 No. 213 the following changes:
in Item 1-1 of the word of "Fund for management of state-owned property" shall be replaced with words "The state agency on cases of youth, physical culture and sport";
