About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

3. To provide to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation till February 1, 2018 the report on analysis results of use of housing stock and ensuring its safety for 2016.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Item 15 (1) the Regulations on the state housing supervision approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 11, 2013 No. 493 "About the state housing supervision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 25, Art. 3156; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6216; 2016, No. 26, of the Art. 4064) to declare invalid.

2. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2014 No. 1115 "About implementation of monitoring of use of housing stock and ensuring its safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 45, Art. 6216; 2015, No. 28, Art. 4227; 2016, No. 26, Art. 4064):

a) declare Item 2 invalid;

b) in Regulations on the implementation of monitoring of use of housing stock and ensuring its safety approved by the specified resolution:
