About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About requirements to carrying out statutory audit of the public companies" of November 17, 2015 No. 776

For the purpose of settlement on carrying out statutory audit of the public companies, according to article 29 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About requirements to carrying out statutory audit of the public companies" of November 17, 2015 No. 776 the following changes:

- state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The public companies in case of the choice of auditing organization need to be guided by requirements according to appendix to this resolution.";

- in requirements to auditors for carrying out statutory audit of the public companies approved by the above-stated resolution:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"For carrying out statutory audit of the public companies the auditor of auditing organization shall have experience of carrying out at least 10 (ten) financial records audits, constituted according to the International Accounting Standards (IAS), within the last 3 (three) years.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
