For the purpose of further enhancement of system of protection and use of objects of cultural heritage, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Form:
based on interregional state inspection of the Main research and production protection department and to use of objects of cultural heritage of the Ministry of Culture (further - Head department) on the Fergana, Andijan and Namangan regions regional state inspectorate for the Andijan region, and also interregional state inspectorate for the Fergana and Namangan regions;
based on interregional state inspectorate for the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions regional state inspectorate for the Kashkadarya region and regional state inspectorate for the Surkhandarya region.
2. Determine that:
the regional state inspectorate for the Andijan region and interregional state inspectorate for the Fergana and Namangan regions are legal successors of interregional state inspectorate for the Fergana, Andijan and Namangan regions, regarding them concerning, by all rights, obligations and agreements;
regional state inspectorates for the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions are legal successors of interregional state inspectorate for the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, regarding them concerning, by all rights, obligations and agreements.
