About modification of the Regulations on transfer of inventories of cash on storage in authorized banks

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for storage by banks of Ukraine of inventories of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Regulations on transfer of inventories of cash on the storage in authorized banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 408, the following changes:

Item 11 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:

"11. The agreement on stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine (appendix 1) the chairman of the board of the authorized bank which is acting on the basis of the Charter or the person authorized by the chairman of the board of authorized bank which is acting on the basis of the notarized power of attorney signs.

All documents submitted to National Bank according to this Provision are signed on behalf of authorized bank by person whose powers are drawn up according to the procedure, determined by the legislation, with preliminary provision in Department of currency circulation of copies of the relevant documents (the power of attorney or the order) for confirmation of these powers.
