For the purpose of strengthening of stimulation of creation and the further accelerated development of small business, Dehkan and farms, them to financial, material and raw material resources the Cabinet of Ministers decides expansions of access:
1. To the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, Council of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots of Uzbekistan, commercial banks to give full support to newly created small businesses, farmer and Dehkan farms in forming of their original (starting) capital.
Determine that:
the credits to microfirms, small enterprises, Dehkan (with the status of the legal entity) and to farms on forming of the original (starting) capital are issued to only again opened companies which submitted the corresponding loan applications to the period no later than 6 months after their state registration;
the original (starting) capital received for the account of the specified target credit lines can be directed to forming of current assets to start activities of subjects of small business, Dehkan and farms, development of the feasibility statement on the investment project, acquisition of the equipment.
2. Determine that issuance of credits for forming of the original (starting) capital is performed:
on preferential interest rate in the amount of 1/6 parts of refunding rate of the Central bank for a period of up to 3 years without the prolongation right in the amount up to 150 basic settlement sizes for microfirms and Dehkan farms (with the status of the legal entity) and up to 300 basic settlement sizes - for small enterprises and farms;
