1. Approve enclosed:

Changes in the Rules of registration of the state aircrafts of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of February 07, 2012 No. 63, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2012 for No. 334/20647 (with changes);

Changes in the Rules of certification of copy of the state aircraft of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of February 07, 2012 No. 63, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2012 for No. 335/20648 (with changes).

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in Rules of registration of the state aircrafts of Ukraine

1. In Item 1.2 of the Section I:
